My journey into mental health began over a decade ago with volunteer work and academic studies, culminating in a holistic approach to helping individuals, couples, and adolescents navigate life’s challenges.
Becoming a mom has profoundly shaped my personal and professional path. I’ve experienced the beautiful chaos of parenting firsthand, and it’s inspired me to offer compassionate, tailored support to others. In addition to my general counselling practice, I’ve founded MumIsMe, a dedicated space for parents navigating the emotional rollercoaster of early parenthood, from perinatal challenges to the messy, wonderful world of raising little ones.
